We are guided by three core values that inspire all our work:
Environmental Stewardship
Sustainable Agriculture
Advocacy
Our Team
Cynthia Rogers
Co-Founder & CEO
Cynthia brings 10+ years of hands-on experience working alongside independent small- to mid-sized agricultural producers. Her work focuses on helping growers diversify revenue streams, strengthen supply chain resilience, and access critical state and federal funding. She is a champion of farmers, food sovereignty, and creating pathways to return profits back to farm families and rural communities.
Cynthia is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz, and Tulane University Law School. In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys tennis, yoga, and most of all, bringing people together over a shared meal — much to the happy bellies of her family, friends, and sweet pup.
Scott has a passion for environmental stewardship and reverence for local producers and regenerative food systems. He brings 20+ years of legal practice and business experience to help client-partners navigate legal issues, scale and thrive in the their operations.
