Cynthia Rogers
Co-Founder & CEO
Cynthia brings 10+ years of hands-on experience working alongside independent small-to mid-sized agricultural producers to build farm-centered solutions that bypass traditional barriers. Her work prioritizes diversifying revenue streams through local food systems, strengthening supply chain control, and accessing critical state and federal funding. She is a champion of farmers, food sovereignty, and creating a pathway to return profits to farm families and rural communities.
Cynthia is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz, Tulane University Law School, and is currently completing a graduate certificate in sustainable food systems through Harvard University's extension program.
In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys tennis, yoga, hiking in her local Malibu/Santa Monica mountains, and most of all: bringing people together over a shared meal, much to the happy bellies of her family, friends, and sweet pup!
