At FarmWorks, we work alongside farmers to help bring ideas, improvements, and long-term goals to life. Whether it's securing grant funding, planning regenerative agriculture projects, exploring new revenue streams, or navigating infrastructure and business growth, we provide practical, hands-on support tailored to each operation.

Pictured here are FarmWorks founders Scott and Cynthia with Tony Serrano of JAS Family Farms, one of the many growers they are proud to support.

JAS Family Farms

Specialty Vegetable Grower, Hollister, CA

“Be bold! Treat each other well. Live in harmony with the land.”

That philosophy sits at the heart of JAS Family Farms, where fourth-generation farmer Anthony “Tony” Serrano continues to build one of California’s leading regenerative organic farming operations. Visionary, collaborative, and deeply committed to long-term agricultural resilience, Tony has focused on expanding regenerative farming practices that prioritize soil health, biodiversity, responsible land stewardship, and keeping more economic value rooted on the farm itself.

FarmWorks has been proud to partner with Tony and the JAS team on projects that strengthen both soil health and farm infrastructure, including successful awards through the CDFA's Healthy Soils Program (HSP) and USDA's Resilient Food Systems Infrastructure Program. FarmWorks next project is to support additional working capital through CDFA's Farm-to-Fork program to launch a food hub.

Green Valley Floral

Floral Grower, Salinas Valley CA

Green Valley Floral is a multigenerational floral farm located in California's Salinas Valley.  Led by Janet Louie alongside her son, John, this award winning family operation has consistently prioritized sustainable growing practices and environmental stewardship.

As market conditions continue to evolve within the floral industry, diversifying income streams is an integral part of the farm's resilience and future success. FarmWorks partnered with Green Valley Floral in 2026 to develop a business and marketing plan dedicated to expanding curated bouquet sales to national, regional and local retail markets.

Rominger Brothers Farm

Multi-Varietal Vegetable Farm, Winters CA

For generations, Rominger Brothers Farms has been at the forefront of conservation-minded agriculture in California's Sacramento Valley. Led by Bruce Rominger, the family operation has earned national recognition as a recipient of the Leopold Conservation Award for its commitment to soil health, water conservation, wildlife habitat, and long-term stewardship of working lands.

Building on their decades-long commitment to innovation and sustainability, FarmWorks has partnered with Bruce to advance projects that further strengthen the farms' regenerative agriculture goals with successful awards through CDFA's Healthy Soils Program (HSP) and State Water Efficiency and Enhancement Program (SWEEP).

Looking ahead to FY2027, FarmWorks will be continuing these efforts across additional acreage pursuing funding opportunities through HSP and SWEEP in coordination with NRCS/EQIP programs while supporting the development of a renewable energy solar project.

Autonomy Farms

Poultry Rancher, Bakersfield CA

Set against the wide-open landscape of California's southern Central Valley in Bakersfield, Autonomy Farms is helping redefine what modern ranching can look like in a region historically dominated by monoculture agriculture. Led by rancher Meredith Bell, Autonomy Farms values independence and responsible land stewardship with a strong commitment to animal welfare where ecological farming principles are at the heart of ensuring long-term environmental and operational resilience.

For FarmWorks, they can't say enough of how invaluable it has been to support Meredith in her goals to expand her operation sustainably.  Their first task was to reduce overhead expenses by securing a USDA Rural Energy for America Program grant that funded critical barn efficiency upgrades, enabling year-around production, along with a solar array to offset energy costs. Once that was completed, FarmWorks turned to supporting diversifying on-farm income with a comprehensive business plan and feasibility study, and most recently, submitted a USDA 2026 Value-Added Producer Grant application to secure additional working capital with award announcements anticipated later this year.

Triple C Ranch

Dairy & Beef Ranch, Petaluma CA

“Let cows be cows” — simple but powerful words of Bob Camozzi in explaining why Triple C Ranch, a fourth generation dairy and beef ranch in Sonoma County, became early adopters of organic and regenerative principles from day one. Not only has this philosophy supported healthier herds and more resilient pastures, but it has also guided the ranch’s long-standing commitment to environmental stewardship, animal welfare, and the long-term sustainability of working agricultural lands.

In advancing Triple C Ranch’s efforts, FarmWorks has had the good fortune to work with Bob, alongside his son, Blayke, to support operational resilience through the successful development and award of a USDA Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) grant supporting the installation of a solar energy system designed to help reduce long-term energy costs and strengthen the continued viability of the dairy for future generations.
